Step One — Share Your Vision
Begin by completing our custom enquiry form. Here you can tell us about your ideas, who the piece is for, your budget, any special requests (such as incorporating heirloom diamonds or sentimental materials), and your ideal timeline for completion. The more detail you’re able to share, the better — it helps us understand not just what you’re wanting us to craft, but why you’re creating it.
If your ideas are still forming, that’s completely okay. This process is designed to support you — our team is here to help shape, refine, and evolve your vision into something truly spectacular.
Step Two — Collaborative Design Consultation
From here, our team will be in touch to arrange a design consultation, either over the phone or in person at our Currumbin Valley studio. This is where we explore your ideas in more depth, discuss design direction, materials, and stone options, and begin shaping the foundation of your piece.
We believe bespoke jewellery should feel collaborative, not intimidating — you are part of our creative process.
Step Three — Design & Approval
Once your materials and stones are selected, our head jeweller will then create a detailed design render for your approval. This ensures complete clarity before craftsmanship begins, allowing you to feel confident and connected to every design decision.
Step Four — Handcrafted in Studio
With the design approved, your piece is lovingly handcrafted by our jewellers in our Australia based studio. Every detail is shaped by hand, with care, precision, and respect for the story behind the piece — transforming your vision into a tangible heirloom made to last a lifetime. Forged In Love. Our standard production time is around 6-8 weeks but we always do our best to acommdate shorter timeframes when needed.
